In our fast-paced, highly stimulated lives, taking time for self-care can seem like a luxury. Yet even a brief pause to go within can restore us, body and mind, and reconnect us to spirit. As we become more available to ourselves, we have more to give. This gift of presence affects us and those around us in myriad ways.

Sessions can include any combination of Gentle and Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Reiki and Essential Oils, according to your needs and preference.

Gentle yoga takes a compassionate approach to the body and breath awareness, using slow, conscious movement and breathing practices to release stress and tension, improve mobility, and build strength. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.
Restorative postures prop the body for maximum relaxation, often using bolsters, blankets, and blocks. These poses can help soothe the nervous system—boosting immunity, improving digestion, circulation, and respiration, and cultivating a restful space within where healing happens.

Reiki is the universal force that flows through all of life. Using a light or hovering touch, Reiki hands harness this energy for deep relaxation and healing.

A meditation practice that facilitates profound rest for both body and mind, Yoga Nidra creates the fertile soil in which we plant the seeds of our highest aspirations and purpose.
Essential oils are extremely concentrated extractions from plants, trees, and flowers--each drop a precious gift from our plant friends--that can affect our mood, shift our energy and support our health and well-being.
A session does not have to include essential oils, however they do nicely complement the practice if you so choose.
